We provide vehicles to not at fault drivers who have been in a collision involving a vehicle owned or operated by another insured party. If your vehicle has been damaged by a straying animal (farm animal or pet) that has an owner and fault is acknowledged, you may be eligible for an accident replacement vehicle. Yes, if you are the not at fault driver and you meet our eligibility criteria, we can assist you. Please complete our online application here.
Right2drive can assist eligible drivers who have a valid Australian or international driver’s licence – this includes additional drivers.
If the at fault party disputes liability, we can’t provide you with an accident loan car until liability is confirmed. However, we will contact the at fault driver’s insurer and confirm if there is a dispute in liability.
