- Without Excess Reduction: If you choose not to take the Excess Reduction option, a security hold of $2,500 will be placed on your credit card.
- With Excess Reduction: If you opt for the Excess Reduction, a smaller hold of $100 will apply.
Yes, you can return the motorcycle to a different location within QLD. The exact charges will be provided during your booking call.
If the rental vehicle is lost or damaged, you will be responsible for covering either the cost of repairs/replacement or a maximum excess of $5,000, whichever is less. However, you can reduce this excess to $1,000 by choosing the Excess Reduction option for $27 per day, as long as the following conditions are met:
- Report the Incident: The accident or damage must be reported to us within 24 hours.
- Provide Accident Details: Clear and complete details of the incident (date, time, location, and any other involved parties) must be submitted within 24 hours.
- Authorised Driver: The driver at the time of the incident must be fully licensed and listed as an Authorised Driver on the rental agreement, with a copy of their license provided.
- Compliance with Agreement: The damage or loss must not be due to malicious acts or a direct breach of the rental agreement.
No, however these can be purchased direct from the dealership at a discounted price. Kindly arrange direct with dealership.

To rent a vehicle, you must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years old.
- License Requirements
- For Australian license holders – you must hold a category R license.
- For International license holders: You must hold a valid, full driver’s license. If you’re using an overseas license, it must be from an exempt country. To check if your license is eligible, please refer to the Queensland Government’s list of exempt countries here.
A full motorcycle licence is required for most rentals. However, if you hold a Learner Approved Motorcycle Scheme (LAMS) licence, you are permitted to rent the X500 model only. Please contact our team if you have further questions about licensing requirements for specific bikes.

Yes, a valid credit card must be provided 24 hours prior to bike handover. This card will be used to place a hold for the excess/security deposit.
Additionally, we will charge any damage, fuel and toll related charges on your credit card before releasing the bond.
If you’re unable to provide a credit card for the security hold, you will need to select the Excess Reduction option at $27/day (excluding GST).
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if the hire is cancelled at least 48 hours before the pickup date.
If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the pickup, you will be refunded 50% of the total hire cost.
All refunds will be processed and received in your account within 7 days.
All Right2Drive motorcycles come with a full tank at the start of your rental and must be returned with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply and would be deducted from your security deposit.
Yes, you can add additional riders at no extra costs. You would need to provide a valid motorcycle license for the additional driver.
Late Return Charges – These apply if you return the bike more than 3 hours past the scheduled drop-off time. In this case, an additional day’s rental fee will be charged and would be deducted from your security deposit.
No, there is no daily kilometer limit! You’re free to drive as much as you like without any additional charges for distance.
